They quickly got me in for my first cleaning and addressed some of the pending issues that I had to address from my previous care.From the clarity in explaining the practical application of insurance, to the data driven care, I can honestly say I was impressed from my first visit. I was accustomed to years of being cycled through my dental appointments as if I was being given the "drive-thru carwash" experience, seldom understanding care decisions and even less of how my insurance was being used or applied. I visited Genesis Dentistry Dental Group for a 2nd opinion. I was told I need to remove my pre-molar and get an implant in from a cavity that had gone below my gum line. Dr. de la Vega took the time to evaluate my situation and gave me an alternate option. When it came time to the treatment, the Dr and her staff were phenomenal! I felt so comfortable during my root canal I actually fell asleep in the chair. Dr Michelle and her husband Jacob have been a great duo for many years.The dental work I’ve received has NEVER had to be redone. Very thorough service with all aspects of evaluation, treatment options, and post care.I’ve also been given amazing and useful referrals to other Medical/Dental specialists.Lastly for now, if you’re of the social or introverted personality type, the staff and crew are very attuned to be very human centric, not customer, personable to the extent that is appreciated.Thank you Genesis Dentistry for nearly 2 Decades of amazing help.
